Warranty

Every Flow Signal device is built with carefully selected components and tested for quality and reliability — and we stand behind that.

We offer a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If your device fails because of how it was made—not how it was used—we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

✅ Covered under this warranty:

  • Faulty audio sensors or microphone components
  • Defective circuit boards or electronics
  • Manufacturing issues that impact normal performance

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal battery depletion
  • Cosmetic wear from typical use
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

We built Flow Signal to be dependable. If something goes wrong and it’s on us, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Because Flow Signal is being introduced through a limited release, we are not able to accept general returns on presale purchases.

Each unit is manufactured in the same configuration to ensure consistency, reduce production waste, and keep costs reasonable. For that reason, all presale sales are final.

That said, if:

  • Your device arrives damaged, or
  • You experience a manufacturing-related issue within the first 12 months

…you are fully covered by our warranty.
