Every Flow Signal is carefully engineered with medical-grade sensors and durable electronics — and we stand by that.
We provide a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If your unit fails because of how it was built, not how it was used, we’ll repair or replace it.
Covered under this warranty:
- Faulty sensors or microphone modules
- Defective circuit boards or components
- Manufacturing errors that affect performance or reliability
The warranty does not cover normal battery depletion, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling. But if it’s our fault, you’re protected.
Because a device this important should be consistent and dependable, we’re here to make sure it is.
Returns
As Flow Signal is being introduced through a limited release program, we’re not able to accept general returns on presale purchases.
Each device is manufactured to order, which allows us to keep costs fair and reduce waste. For this reason, all presale sales are final.
That said, if your Flow Signal arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, you’ll be fully covered under our 12-month warranty, and we’ll work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
